  3. Sleep
  4. Listen music
  5. Stone/meditate with no interruptions/distractions 
  6. Play nice piano music like Kiss The Rain
  7. Tell/Rants @ bestie (<--LOL)
  8. Drink tea or esp, Chamomile
Don'ts
  1. Whine/complain on big social network sites like Facebook.
  2. Type a lot senseless stuffs or things that did not process in my malfunctioned mind
    (Minimize writing stuffs online for nobody will care about negative emotions)
  3. Stay mind blank in front of computer screen hoping miracle will happen
